Mock Constituent Assembly Debate' 2024 - INTER COLLEGE COMPETITION

We  the Department of Constitutional Law, SSL are incredibly proud of the remarkable mock constituent assembly debate 2024 discussions at held Saveetha School of Law that took place over the two days (22nd & 23rd of August 2024) on critical issues that shape our society on reservation by various law college participants.

Day 1: Reservation in Education and Public Employment

The debate on reservation policies brought forward diverse perspectives, with participants delving into the complexities and implications of such policies. The depth of analysis and the thoughtful arguments presented truly highlighted the significance of this issue in our educational and employment systems.

Day 2: Economically Weaker Section (EWS)

The discussion on the EWS reservation policy was equally engaging, with participants examining the policy's impact on social equity and its effectiveness in addressing economic disparities. The well-reasoned arguments and the passion displayed by all debaters made for an enriching and enlightening debate.
