The session started with "Mohori bibee v/s dharmodas Ghose " case which led to further knowledge about the enactment of Majority act ,1875. Continued with "Bhagwandas Goverdhandas kedia v/s M/S .Giridharilal Parshottamdas and co.(1966) which brings forth the provisions of Section 4 of Indian Contract Act 1872, Chinnaya v/s Ramayya (1882) and further explained the concept of Privity of contract , includes the idea of third party in a contract , "Tweedle v/s Atkinson (1861) were also discussed.
